Interview with Xero – 25k damager!
Whenever a 10,000+ damage in an online game suddenly appears, most of the time, players think of it as a cheat or damage hack. Honestly, we GMs too thought at first that there’s something going on since the equips and character class in which the 21k damage hits is a Yao Shou. Thus the reason why Xero was banned for character investigation. Fortunately for Xero, he was able to prove that a 21,000+ damage is possible without using cheats or hacks. Then came our decision to release his character since he did prove his innocence. I asked Xero a few questions as well to share some tips for our Heroes on how he did the 25,938 damage and the 21,000 damage that caused this investigation. I asked Xero… [GM]SamHok: What can you say about the 21k damage you did on the Territorial War? Xero: Lucky beacause theres only a slim chance to do a critical hit. [GM]SamHok: How did you do the 21k damage? Xero: First by using injure debuff skill of Yao Jing then the dragon skill of Wu Xia and an attack skill from Fa Shih. [GM]SamHok: What did you feel when you did the 21k damage? Did you plan it? Xero: It just happen naturally maybe luck is just on my side on that moment because critical hit only occur sometimes. [GM]SamHok: Was it part of clan strategy or party strategy? Xero: Clan strategy. [GM]SamHok: Now that it’s proven that anybody can deal more than 20k damage and even 25k damage as seen in the video, what can you advice to other Heroes of PW who wants to deal as much damage as you can? Xero: Compensate on what you lack and coordinate with your teammates. You see, there’s no need to use hacks or cheats to reach a high damage. A good teamwork plus long-term strategy of getting good equips is the key to winning the ultimate PVP rather, Territorial War. Also, these hacks and cheats or any form of abuse is a form of killing the games we love and hurts the community playing the online game. Most of all, it’s not just applicable to Perfect World but also in other online games out there. No to 3PPs! WooooT!
