First and foremost, congratulations to all the Server Representatives and the Dynasty Wars Champs for becoming the Final Four Teams for the Phoenix Council Wars 2009. Anyway, since the Level-Up! LIVE BLOG for today (Wednesday – October 14, 2009) has been cancelled, we cannot cancel the drawing of the matches for the PCW2009 – Final Four.
