Mine does. In a shocking discovery, apparently my bill for Globe is now around 8,000php. That is soooooooooooo BIG that I now hate Globe. I called their CustHelp (211) and the agent there did not help solve that problem.
So the problem is the Wi-Fi.
The Globe CustHelp via 211 did not tell me this but good [...]
